Safety Guidelines*

We are incorporating measures in place to ensure a safe environment which include

  • Wearing of masks at all times
  • Maintaining the 2m social distancing guideline
  • Implementation of disinfection protocols in all areas by the Hilton housekeeping team
  • Buffet to be served by the Hilton staff behind protective partitions (no self-service of food allowed)
  • Availability of sanitisers at multiple locations
  • Counters, seats and tables in common areas are disinfected after every use
  • Conference hall capacity to apply the minimum 2m social distancing corresponding into 1 person per 4 sqm as mandated by the Local Authorities
  • Observing the maximum capacity guideline
  • Sanitising conference furniture after every session
  • Interactive Q&A done via your mobile phone
  • Individual seats are set apart at a distance equal to 2 chairs between each seat
  • Replacing the microphones filters after every use
Our host venue brand Hilton has rolled out a global safety and hygiene program called Hilton EventReady with CleanStay which will be in action at the event. Click here to view the factsheet.

Stay safe. We look forward to welcoming you back to our events.

*These precautions will only be applied if social distancing rules and regulations mandate them during the time of the event. Starting 19th July, most of the above measures are not mandatory. But we expect to keep a few of them for the safety of all involved and will follow any governmental mandate that is in place during the event time.
